Crosfields-Rylands warmed up for Wednesday nights Cheshire cup final against lead leaders and indefeated Woodley with a fine 2-0 league victory over 2nd place Trafford. Playing only their 2nd league game since November the Gorsey lane men were on top through-out, However, the Trafford number one denied Stuart Welstead, Craig Ward, Lee Boardman and Jay Waldron with fine saves before captain Scott Swainbank scored with a close range header in the 70th minute following a period of substained pressure.
